This policy explains how Sabine Supercars ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal information when you visit sabinesupercars.com, buy from our shop or join our coaching. Questions? Email support@sabinesupercars.com.
Order details: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and what you bought.
Payment details are entered on the secure checkout run by Shopify and its payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
Coaching: when you buy coaching, Whop collects your details and payment to give you access.
Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site fast and secure. Your cart is saved in your own browser so it is still there when you come back.
Messages: anything you send us by email or social media.
To process, ship and support your orders and coaching, to reply to your messages, to prevent fraud, and to meet our legal obligations.
We only send marketing emails if you opt in at checkout, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Only the service providers we need to run the business: Shopify (store and checkout), payment providers, delivery carriers and fulfilment partners, Whop (coaching) and Cloudflare (hosting). We do not sell your personal information.
We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet tax and accounting requirements, then delete it.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing to you, by emailing support@sabinesupercars.com. We handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
Our shop and coaching are for adults. The Sound of Supercars is a children's book, but orders must be placed by an adult. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
